Pure featuring Grooveradio DJs Dave "The Wave" Dresden and Josh Abrams
If you like sampling new beats, feeling a positive vibe, and dancing your sweet bootie off – Pure is for you. Cool Santa Monica folks know the best house, progressive house, and trance can be found Saturday nights at local hotspot Sugar. However, this week, the red hot mixing practically pushed the crowd to a meltdown. Resident Josh Abrams opened with straight up house and everyone was stuck to the dancefloor. The education of the masses continued when Abrams' Grooveradio cohort Dave "the Wave" took to the decks. Dresen played the same sort progressive sounds that draw legions of fans to his weekly radio show: Tsunami. Thank the gods of dance for bringing this pair to Los Angeles.
